Junjou Romantica DVD 1 contains Episode 1 and Episode 2.
The DVD version or everyone called the "Director's Cut" contains several scenes which are clearer (uncensored) compared to the TV version.

The good news we all have been waiting for!
Yes, the second season of Junjou Romantica has been announced officially from the official Japanese website.
It will be aired in October 2008.
With that said, please continue to support Junjou Romantica's Season 1 DVD sales and even the manga.
Junjou Romantica's DVD #1 which contained Episode1 & Episode2 has been released on 25th July 2008.
The next volume will be released next month.
There are minor DIFFERENCES between the tv release and the dvd release - dark shadows are no longer there and you can see more "detailed" stuff (I am sure you know what I mean~).
I am really happy that we have done our part to help as we can see that the DVD sales are doing well for DVD #1.
There is a source mentioned in the forum that it's ranked at Top10 on DVD sales.
Do continue with your support for Junjou Romantica's coming releases too!
