Anyhow, it's now possible to disable thumbnails if you do not want to see them.
Go to usercp -> edit options -> thread display options.

Nice work Dai I really like the option since you can find some mangas easier with pictures then the title's alone.

Thank you for making this new feature optional. I was noticing slower page upload for me because of the images.
