I'm quite harsh when I rate, but this manga really is worth being read.
First, I'd like to point out that the mangaka did an amazing job at researching Ludwig's II biography. It is romanticized, of course, but still bears an incredible historical accuracy, and the plot is overwhelming.
You can either like or hate the drawing style. I wasn't too fond of it at first but ended getting used to it. And, really, the plot makes it up for it. It's not a manga to be taken lightly - I don't think I'll be spoiling if I say this is a tragedy, as the goal of a tragedy is that we KNOW it's not going to end well but we still hope something will go alright. Higuri Yuu does a very good "catharsis" job here. Specially as we end having a love-hate relationship with the characters.
Definitely a "must read".
