Dessert anyone?
I actually expected something similar to Yakitake Japan with them showing all those delicious baked goods. Yet, I didn't expect to be smitten with their simply, fluffy humour. The friendships they made was a joy to watch as well. The trials and tribulations too.
One thing to note, do not watch on an empty stomach! This show adds pounds i tell you. I drooled through every episode. And it wasn't just because of those cakes!

Ai no Kusabi OVA
This was my first real yaoi anime. I'd read many mini reviews about how wonderfully illustrated it was and thus had high expectations for it. And then I watch it.
Now you'd think that I'd probably complain about how bad it is, how old the illustration, and how weird the soundtrack. But I am not and never going to do so. What I found was love, true and pure love, between two individuals destined never to be together. This love was born between a Master and his Pet. A Master who took his Pet countless times without restraint. A Pet who hated his Master from his heart, yet loved him till the end.
It is a tale of love, not only between these two characters but also with other characters involved. Ones, whose jealousy forbade these two from being together and did everything in their power to stop them.
But love, eternally, will never die. And it never did.
A touching tale of love, power, racism, and sexual longing. It has an original plot that set sail a thousand alternate stories. Characters, so deep, their emotions are hidden behind masks of steel, only to be unveiled to those deserving.
This was my first yaoi, it won't be my last. But if i had to choose one last yaoi, this would be my pick. A classic till the end. What better reason do you have to watch it. I hope the remake is anywhere as good as it.
