Well, I would say that Boku no Pico is "sympathetic"...

I can't tell for the other OVA but in "Boku no Pico", the art is nice, and if you're looking for hard yaoi, than that's for you. There's nothing more than sex, and the scenes are well made.

But what are really dislike is how Pico is drawn like a girl. I was not really shocked by the "dressing up like a girl" part, as I remember that in Fruits Basket for example the girls do think Yuuki is cute because he looks like a girl and they even ask him to put a dress on. So this cross-dressing thin may be like... cultural, if I may say. But Pico definitely looks like a little girl to me, as if they tried to transform an ecchi anime in shota by changing a few details.
And well, I really don't like Mokkun. What's that seme ? Yeah, I know that his only use is to have sex with Pico but well, in Sensitive Pornograph for example, there's no real plot/charater depth either but the seme does look like an actual character. Mokkun is just... totally empty o_O

So basically, as it already has been said, if you look for hard yaoi and you don't mind about the shota/lolicon thing, then you should spend a nice half an hour (or more if you look to the other OVA). But I've definitely seen better.
