A True Jewel
“The moment that my girlfriend rejected me was witnessed by the school’s most perverted teacher. Since then he’s interfered in one way or another.”
Nishimura Ryuuta is a high school student who just discovered the day he returns from being absent (due to a cold) that his girlfriend is breaking up with him for some other guy. That very same day, he meets the new biology teacher, Asanuma-sensei. Will this new meeting help him heal his broken heart, or maybe more?
The art, in my opinion is done really well. Considering this is a one-shot, they really put all effort to establish true flow with the art and story together.
The characters are lovable and exciting. They really capture a reader’s heart and take them for a long ride. They really establish a connection with the reader; making them feel both compassion and sensitive to their choices.
The plot is also done exceptionally well. It’s filled with humor and outrageous moments, while still trying to portray the story’s main point; a true jewel.
