The usual and unusual
Naona Bohra sure knows how to keep to the unusual settings and characters for her stories.
These characters are part from another storie, but they tend to be side characters in those.
This story is focused on the young office worker Tsukishima and his older lover Yamaji(an art teacher), and the drama that comes a long with it.
It starts with a bang that's for certain. Smack in the middle of a sex scene. Tsukishima declares his love for his lover and his lover's body. His words however lead to insecurities developing in Yamaji. As he has a love for the body built of Tsukishima, which is very much unlike his own flabby and soft body. The plot happily sputters on beyond this, but I won't spoil it further.
I find it wonderfull how real the problems and characters can be (to a certain point though). Just about everyone knows about weight issues, and really I wouldn't blame Yamaji for his insecurities. Tsukishima is built a lot better than he is. It is a normal and real problem, as is his way of dealing with it.
Naturally it all ends well.

Short and simple
"Boku Dake no Kimi, Kimi Dake no Boku" is a very enjoyable Naona Bohra one-shot.
It has Naona's distinct art-style which might not be everyone's cup of tea. I personally find her style fitting as they lending her stories a more adult like feeling. The characters are men, and they look the part.
It is a one-shot so there is no real depth to the characters or a complicated plot. We only get more insight in the main character, but it does keep the story consistent. Even if it does invoke some curiosity into the minds of others.
The plot is in short: It's about a guy's supposedly unrequited love and devotion for his special person. They fight, make up and feeling of love turns out to be mutual. Sex occurs.
The story does have a beginning, some development and an ending. A simple and short story really. Everything get's wrapped up by the end and you won't be stuck with questions either, just a desire for a sequel.
