Pretty, light and sweet
This manga might not be one of my top favorite manga’s but I quite enjoyed reading it. Something about Ai and his job, being a kimono dyer, really sparked my imagination and curiosity about fabrics, colors and art.
The story revolves around Ai and family friend Tokiwa, who is a fashion designer, and their seemingly unrequited torturing love...but things are not quite what they seem. Tokiwa wants Ai’s professional help with a color he would like but Ai wants a little (or a lot) more than just a professional relationship with Tokiwa.
It’s a sweet, sensual, somewhat predictable romantic story and although the plot and characters aren’t the finest the art is quite lovely and makes for a good read. It’s a story with drama without being dramatic. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something short, light, pretty and not to heavy or emotional. It’s a nice manga for a lazy afternoon when you just want to smile.

Great story
This story is an emotional one, with quite a bit of depth and angst along the way. I did not expect such a complex plot and unique characterizations, it was so much better than I'd originally thought it would be.
I won’t give away to much of the plot but basically we get a glimpse of the coming together of two souls who need each other and grow to love and understand each other in ways they did not foresee. To escape the loneliness and at the same time be able to support a friend is a lovely idea.
Another aspect I found very interesting about the dynamics of the two main characters is the balance of their relationship which flows in a wonderfully natural way. It is just so very erotic and sensual when strength moves into vulnerability and all emotions break loose. Also if you like reversible yaoi than this is a must read.
If you enjoy well rounded characters in manga mixed with hot romantic loving I believe this one will not disappoint and I thoroughly recommend it!

High drama
I started to read this manhwa after someone mentioned it on the Aarin forum and I was falling in love with the art and the story...until it got a little too overdone for my taste. It’s unfortunate that the story isn’t complete but I’d really recommend reading the first five or six volumes if you don’t mind unfinished plots.
The character building is quite interesting and Moto and Lee’s relationship unfolds very steamily in the first part of the story, which for me was the part worth reading because when other characters came in and Moto transformed into a very exaggerated character I just lost interest in the plot.
However the art is quite beautiful and different. I love the uniqueness of the faces and the details of clothes, earrings, belts, tattoos and what not. Fashion wise this manhwa has a lot of style!
I’ve read many different opinions on this story, both positive and negative, but I think it’s worth giving it a try if you’re looking for something a little sexy, different and unusual.

Long hair!
I must say that I’m a little biased while reviewing this manga because I just love bishies with long hair so much that anyone who can relate to that addiction must definitely give this one a look.
Story wise it’s original but a little choked up at the end. However I always appreciate a story that isn’t totally cliche even if there is the occasional overused statement. The characters are somewhat developed, enough so that you do get a feel of their personalities, desires and fears.
One thing I definitely like about this manga is that if you’re looking for something with both hot smexy steaminess and romance this has it all. Oh and did I mention the drool worthy bishies? Can’t say it enough.
All in all I recommend you start reading and give it a try, after all if it doesn’t strike your fancy no harm done. It’s not that well known so don’t pass it up!

Short but worth it!
This was a very short read but I would recommend giving it a chance because the artwork is very different from other manga’s I’ve read and it’s stunning. Just beautiful. The plot is only barely touched upon which is a shame because it could get so interesting if developed.
Basically the story is set in a theatre and briefly tells us about the intriguing relationship between an actor and a worker. It has a nice ambience but not much character depth. It’s really like looking into a small window and catching a glimpse of something much better.
Since it IS so short there is a sensual steaminess to it that definitely stroke my fancy which is why I chose to review it. I do suggest giving this manga a try if you’re looking for something to peruse and gawk at. Less is sometimes more ;)

Completely Amazing!
This manga is one of my favorites of all time: it has a wonderful plot, exquisite artwork, a wicked sense of humor and Iori and Yuuichi must be two of the most beautiful characters ever drawn. Maruya Kae does an exceptional job here and all I can say is: wow can she draw gorgeous hair. There is even a fantastical twist for those like me who enjoy supernatural yaoi.
The love story between Iori and Yuuichi is touching, sensual and full of angst. Their affair began since they were young boys living very different lives and now as young men they must make some choices regarding their futures. I found their love scenes sweetly erotic without being distasteful.
How I wish there were more stories and drawings like this out there since aesthetically it is one of the most stunning works I’ve read. The emotional plot is nostalgic and has an un-earthly feel to it. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend this manga!

Haunting!!!!
This story was quite unexpectedly amazing! Even though it is a very short one it’s so beautifully and lusciously drawn that I fell in love with it and totally recommend it.
This oneshot is definitely more about the art than the plot but it’s worth it if you love darkness, mystery, hopeless infatuation and fallen angels. It leaves you with an open and unresolved ending but a little breathless all the same!
I love the wonderful flow of textures and light in this stunning artwork (the clothes are really superb). Even the lack of words and longer explanations just intensifies the haunting ambience the mangaka wants to create. I guess the only disappointment comes when it ends way to soon but then again the saying “less is more” might be true in this case.
If you’re looking for something short, sensual and gorgeous this one is totally worth the time.

Different but steamy
When I started reading Steal Moon I was unsure about the story, but as it went along it peaked my interest. It’s not the best plot (or clearest for that matter) but it’s alright. I was a little dissapointed that Nozomi who was presented as a strong and proud character in the beginning sort of crumbles as the story moves forward but he’s still cute. The couple that caught my interest more and more as the manga progressed was Ratri and Kai since they are quite bad-ass and mysterious.
Nozomi and Coyote’s relationship is complicated and has a few twists along the way which is enjoyably unpredictable. If you’re looking for a steamy manga to read while not needing a terribly convincing plot then I recommend this one because it IS pretty sexy and hot.
The art is good and it’s long enough to keep you busy for a while!

Wedding bells are good
In “Love Came Dancing Down” in order to keep a kingdom at peace two heirs have to marry, even if the two of them are men...what a premise! I loved this first story and it’s original plot, as well as the steaminess that develops from Kaen and Reion. The art is very beautifully detailed (I’d like to sneak into Kaen’s wardrobe!).
The other small stories are alright but not as intriguing (in my opinion) as the first one. However all in all I would recommend giving this manga a read since it’s light, different, artfully drawn and fun. Also I have a weakness for bishies with long flowing hair so if you’re like me then don’t pass this one up.
Unfortunately the rest of the stories are very short in this manga so there’s not really a chance for the characters to develop but I still like the originality of the ideas.

Dancing with the Devil
An affair with the Devil... how enticing. I quite like this manga: it’s strange and eerie, twisted and unique. Definitely an original and creative story about a human working in hell and his journey towards becoming one of the top devils’ lover.
At first I wasn’t so drawn in by the art but after a while it really grew on me and I find it appealing and different. The story is unfolding in an unpredictable way and it has some interesting humor to it. Since there are only a few chapters I really hope that the story continues to get better and doesn’t veer off path but so far so good!
There’s quite a bit of hotness in this one so be prepared and hopefully have a lot of fun reading it! I recommend it to anyone who is tired of the same old plot and characters and is ready to switch it up a bit.
