Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi OVA2 is out or otherwise known as Ep12.5. It continues from Season1 one year later with story of Hatori and Chiaki. Remember that Season2 is coming out in October and you can get the English subbed version of that from Crunchyroll.

Please do not ask me for the raw video, you can always buy the DVD for it.
