Not Yaoi
Though definitely not a Yaoi Manga, I still found it very intriguing. The main characters were very obviously structured to play off one another, there was a feel of confusion about their exact relationship to each other. It was hard to ascertain exactly what their exact relationship was. Though it clearly states through out that they are brothers, there were a lot of subtle innuendos that they may be more to each other than that. Making the reader left a little disappointed on how it ended. The storyline is very basic, it would have been a better read if the plot had been more fleshed out. Along with more attention paid to the relationship built between the two brothers outside of the power struggle they faced, as they each tried to attain the destiny that was promised to only one of them. The minor characters, seem to fade in the far background of the struggle, between them, though it was obvious, they played a major role in the destiny, of the two brothers.
I am an avid fan of Makoto Tateno. I love her artwork and would say that one of the reasons I like this so much is because of my love for her work. It is not one of her better stories, but it ended in such a way, that if she wanted, she could pick it back up and start a new chapter, which in the end, I am left hoping for.

Okay, just to let you know. This is NOT yaoi. Hell, it's probably not even shounen-ai. There's only a a few fanservice scenes around the end between two brothers, and that's pretty much.
However, the story was interesting to me.
Although it has a somewhat cliche "final battle to determaine whatever", the story prior to that is intriguing.
It deals a whole lot with reincarnation(s) and a destiny and such, and somewhat higher beings kind of ideas. I don't want to say much to spoil you guys, but it TECHNICALLY deals with teen pregnacy :P
I suppose the thing I should mention is that there aren't many characters that make much of an impression aside from the main characters.
In terrs of art work, I was kind of biased because I personally like Makoto Tateno's. However, it was pretty clean and facial expression were conveyed to reflect the emotions.
I reccomend you should at least read it once.
